A Season of Transition and Continued Mission
We are excited to announce that Dr. Charlie Vittitow has been named President of mPower Approach, effective May 1, 2026.
As the founder of mPower Approach, Charlie has faithfully followed God’s call to equip Indigenous Christian leaders through dental ministry for more than two decades. After retiring from dentistry in 2009, he served as Director of Missions at Southeast Christian Church until 2022. Throughout that time, he remained deeply involved with mPower, helping guide the ministry’s vision and mission. We are grateful that he will now serve as President as we continue taking the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
We also want to express our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Tim Williams for his faithful leadership as President over the past 10 years. Tim has been instrumental in the growth and impact of mPower Approach, and we are thankful for his servant leadership. While he is stepping down from the role of President, he will continue serving and training alongside our team while dedicating more time to his family and transitioning his dental practices.
