“Well done, good and faithful servant.” Matthew 25:23

Honoring The Service of Linda Webster and Lori Bordas

Linda Webster

For more than 15 years, Linda Webster faithfully served mPower Approach with unwavering dedication, compassion, and a true servant’s heart. Through her commitment to the ministry and the many partners we work alongside around the world, Linda played an important role in helping advance the Gospel into communities where many had never heard the message of Christ.

On average, Linda participated in six mission trips each year, traveling to some of the most remote and challenging places in the world. She willingly embraced long days, difficult travel conditions, simple meals, hard work, and often uncomfortable accommodations, all for the sake of serving others and sharing the love of Christ. Her willingness to go wherever God called her made a lasting impact on countless lives.

Linda’s commitment extended far beyond the trips themselves. Her love for people and passion for the mission were evident in every relationship she built and every task she undertook. Whether serving alongside ministry partners, encouraging team members, or helping meet practical needs, she did so with humility, grace, and joy.

Although Linda stepped away from mPower Approach in 2025, her impact on this ministry will continue to be felt for years to come. We are deeply grateful for her years of faithful service, her dedication to our mission, and the countless lives she has touched through her work.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and ministry partners, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Linda for her faithful service and commitment to the work of mPower Approach. We pray God’s richest blessings upon both Linda and Jack as they continue this next chapter of life and ministry.

Lori Bordas

When Lori answered God’s call to serve at mPower in 2009, she did so with a servant’s heart and a deep desire to make Christ known.

In the early days of mPower, it was not uncommon to find Lori on her knees with her shoes beside her praying and interceding for our friends serving around the world. Her faithful prayers helped establish a culture of dependence on the Lord that continues to shape our ministry. Along with her love for prayer, Lori brought joy wherever she served. Her quick wit, positive attitude, and ability to lighten the load were a gift to everyone around her.

Lori pursued excellence because of Christ. She took seriously His call to take the gospel to all nations and understood that every detail mattered because the mission mattered. She became a faithful advocate for mPower, encouraging our ministry partners and every team she served alongside.

When Lori first joined mPower, she insisted she would never travel overseas. But as God grew her love for our friends in hard places, her heart changed. She went on many ministry trips, blessing and encouraging those she met along the way.

Romans 12 calls believers to rejoice in hope, be patient in affliction, and be faithful in prayer. Lori’s life reflected those words. She loved Jesus deeply and lived to make Him known. As she often said, her desire was to make Jesus “famous.” Her faithful life and joyful witness continue to point others to Christ.

We are deeply grateful for her faithful service and for the lasting legacy she leaves at mPower.
