Bless the Lord, O my soul, all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

Psalm 103: 1-5

Once again we find ourselves at the end of another year feeling blessed. Blessed to have participated in training hundreds of men and women in six countries on two continents. Blessed to know that even though we are here in America having just celebrated the birth of our King, the work continues through the community health workers we trained. Blessed by the knowledge that the dental, medical and sewing skills they received will not only allow them to alleviate the physical suffering of their neighbors but the spiritual suffering that lasts for all eternity. Blessed to know that thousands of people across the globe have heard the Gospel message because an mPower trained worker shared Jesus with them.

Blessed to know that hundreds who did not have any means of support now have a sustainable source of income. Blessed by the relationships with nationals around the world that we treasure and pray for regularly whose lives inspire us to simplify our own. Blessed by our supporters who honor us, but more importantly who honor God, with their financial gifts and prayers. Blessed by our board of directors who hold us accountable. Blessed by an Executive Director who aspires to take God’s name and His renown to the very ends of the earth. Lastly, blessed because the God who created the world we are trying to reach would entrust His message to ones so feeble. We are not worthy.

Bless you Lord, bless you…
